
Van Buren police have arrested four suspects in the drive-by shooting that occurred on June 7th on Ollie Drive.
All four suspects are being charged with Committing a terroristic act and unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle. Both are class B Felonies.

They are currently being held in the Crawford County Detention Center. The vehicle in the drive-by has not been located, but we have identified the owner. We are currently trying to locate that individual.
The weapon used in the shooting has not been located, but a person of interest has been identified and pending further investigation, charges may be pending against that individual.

The four arrested, were the only suspects that were involved in the shooting incident.
The four arrested individuals are Jonathan Immanivong (23) of Fort Smith, Allison Ashley (20) of Fort Smith, Jasmine Greene (19) of Van Buren and Celeste Panduro of Fort Smith.

Jonathan Immanivong has been identified as the gunman in the incident, but Greene and Ashley were with him during the shooting.
Panduro was arrested and charged with felony filing a false report and Misdemeanor obstruction of governmental operations after giving a false statement to police Friday afternoon.
Panduro is the owner of the vehicle that was used in the drive-by shooting.
