FORT SMITH – Sparks Clinic recently welcomed Erica Payne and Timara White into leadership roles within the organization.
Erica Payne is now the Director of Operations for Specialty Clinics. In the position, she will help oversee the operations of more than 20 specialty clinics. Payne joined Sparks after working as a practice administrator for the northeast region of Christus Health in Irving, Texas were she had responsibility for 50 multi-specialty physicians and advanced practice practitioners. Prior to her experience with Christus, Payne was with St. John Health System in Tulsa, Okla., for more than 20 years in multiple administrative roles. She brings with her extensive experience in cardiology, cardiovascular thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, and a variety of specialties. Payne was raised in Tulsa, Okla., and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. She studied at Tulsa Community College and the University of Phoenix.
Timara White is now the Director of Operations for Primary Care Clinics within Sparks Health System. Like Payne, she is tasked with overseeing nearly 15 family practice and pediatric clinics in Fort Smith, Greenwood and Spiro. White was has been with Sparks Clinic since 2009. She has been an office coordinator and office manager for various healthcare providers. She most recently served as the office manager for Surgical Associates of Fort Smith. White has a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Okla. The Sallisaw native is married with two children.
