TULSA – The National Weather Service says there is a good chance that scattered severe thunderstorms will be back in the forecast on Tuesday.
“There is a marginal risk of severe storms Tuesday and Tuesday night mainly for eastern Oklahoma,” the Tulsa forecast office said. “Scattered thunderstorms will be possible during the day, with gusty winds and hail possible. There is also a chance that a complex of storms to our north or northwest moves into the region Tuesday night.”
Most of Green Country has been placed under a marginal risk for storms according to a graphic released by meteorologists early Monday morning.
